Policies
Illness
Please stay home and rest if you or your family have had a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, cough (other than allergies), or other contagious symptoms within 24 hours before community meeting. This includes children and adults.
Inclement Weather
We will assess the road conditions and make every effort to make a decision by 7:00 AM. Posts will be made on our P22 BAND page. If classes are not in session, please check with your child's teacher for missed assignments. A shortened Zoom class may be an option if the teacher decides to do so. If classes are missed, it will be determined if/when those classes will be made up.
Attendance
By accepting a spot in our co-op, your family will be expected to make attendance a priority and will plan to be present at all community days barring any unexpected illnesses or other situations out of your control.
Out of respect for your time, we will make every effort to keep to our published schedule. To preserve the quality of our program, please be present, arrive on time, and be seated ready to learn. ALL outside doors will be locked at 9:00 AM. If you are running late, the door monitor will let you in.
Lunchtime
Fellowship together strengthens our community and is an integral part of our time together each week. We would love for you to bring a lunch for your family and participate in helping your children build relationships.
Students will be directed to put their backpacks on the stage upon arrival in the gym for lunch. Students will be dismissed for lunch from the gym following our prayer. Parents MUST supervise their own children during lunch.
The first fifteen minutes of lunchtime, is reserved for eating ONLY. Lunch may be eaten in the gym or outside the back doors.
The next thirty minutes of lunchtime, students are free to play and have a recess if they are finished eating. Students may play outside on the backside of the building ONLY. For security reasons, we ask that no students walk around the building outside of the back area. Students are not allowed upstairs during lunchtime for any reason.
The last fifteen minutes of lunchtime, everyone is expected to help clean-up after themselves.
Campus Visitors
All visitors will be required to sign in and wear an identity badge at all times.
Recess
Parents MUST supervise their own children during recess. Students and Parents will be assigned by class with cleaning duties each week. This will be our "Leadership Class of the Week." Please help us honor our host church and keep it clean.
Dress Code
Our goal is to establish a dress code that honors our Father in heaven, that is, dressing to please Him and to make others comfortable around us. We are to honor the body of Christ. In general, be clean and groomed, wearing tidy clothes that cover in a modest manner.

ABSOLUTELY NO CHEWING GUM AT ANY TIME!

7th - 12th grade: No leggings without a long tunic type shirts to cover, no tank tops, no midriff shirts, and no jeans with holes. Shorts are permitted if they are a modest length. Hats are permitted so long as they do not become a distraction and are removed in time of prayer. If they are an issue, we will ask that you no longer wear them.
Electronic Devices
The use of cell phones and other electronic devices should be strictly limited on campus for emergencies and yearbook pictures ONLY. If you need to take a phone call, step into the hallway and find a replacement if you are the only parent in that class.
No electronic use (tablets, phones, smart-watches, etc.) or earbud use during class unless otherwise permitted specifically by the teacher. If electronics or earbuds are seen during class, they will be taken up and parents notified. They will be returned to the parent at the end of the day.
Supervision
Children in K-8 MUST have a parent/guardian on campus at ALL times. If you need to leave campus, please make sure your child/children know which adult will be watching them. Please sign out with the door monitor and indicate that you have left campus and who will be supervising your child/children.
First Aid
Should the need arise, bandages and ice packs are in our first aid kit located at the front desk. Or yell for a nurse, we have a lot of them in our community!
